Half-Day Mediation

Service Description

In many cases, a half-day mediation is sufficient. Michael urges the parties to consider his four- (or five-) step program to increase the chances of settlement. The cost is $5,500, but ARC charges an additional administrative fee per party. The half-day mediation fee includes pre-mediation phone calls, all preparation time, mediation time, and reasonable follow-up time.
