Michael (Mike) Strauss started his career as a trial lawyer, focusing primarily on representing employers and employees in disputes arising out of the workplace, including class, representative, and individual actions. After negotiating some of the largest per capita class action settlements for unpaid wages in California, obtaining significant verdicts and arbitration awards in individual cases, and litigating at the United States Supreme Court, Mike has turned his attention to his true passion -- bringing difficult disputes to resolution as a mediator. Mike mediates all types of cases, by Zoom or in person, throughout the Country. Mike is also an employment arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
